Our group rates are valid when booking as part of our Wedding Group for a minimum of 3 nights. A refundable $100 deposit is due upon booking to secure your accommodations for Our Destination Wedding! Inventory is subject to availability and will be confirmed with a reservation invoice via email. Private round trip group transportation will be added to your reservation for $105 per person, with a minimum of 2 passengers.

To ensure you are part of Kayla & Vlad’s Wedding Group and participate in all group events, please book using the secured group rates. Any third party bookings or direct bookings will not be considered part of the wedding group.

Payment Terms:

$100 deposit refundable with an e-mailed cancellation 7 days prior to May 3rd, 2024.
Final balance due May 3rd, 2024.
The final balance will automatically be drafted to the card on file.

You can make any necessary changes until May 3rd, 2024. After this date, all changes are subject to a $75 change fee, all reductions are non-refundable, and name changes will incur a $250 fee, if approved by the resort. Late payments may be charged a $25 penalty for every 10 business days overdue. The hotel reserves the right to cancel any bookings not paid for according to the due dates outlined above.

Travel Insurance

Travel Insurance is available and highly recommended. The Travel Insurance that is available may cover you up to the total trip cost for trip cancellation or interruption for a covered reason and up to 75% for any reason (this Cancel For Any Reason Benefit only applies if you add the travel insurance to your package within 14 days of booking, not available for the state of NY). Emergency Evacuation/Repatriation, Accidental Medical Expenses and Sickness Medical Expenses may be covered up to $25,000. Also included is baggage protection and worldwide emergency assistance. It is a cancellation/interruption insurance with medical benefits. Your health insurance may not cover you outside of the US. For a brochure detailing what is included, please email us at guests@ourdestinationweddings.com. The cost for travel insurance is based on the cost of your trip, starts at $125 per person. For an exact quote, please email us. Travel insurance for each guest is due in full upon booking and is immediately nonrefundable.
