A note for our brial party:

If you are part of our bridal party, please arrive to the resort no later than June 3rd, 2025 as we have events planned and preparations that we’d like for you to be a part of.

To ensure you are part of Taylor & Tyler’s Wedding Group and participate in all group events, please book using the secured group rates. Any third party bookings or direct bookings will not be considered part of the wedding group.

Payment Terms:

$100 deposit refundable with an e-mailed cancellation 7 days prior to February 11th, 2025.
One night per room due February 11th, 2025.
Final balance due March 4th, 2025.
The final balance will automatically be drafted to the card on file.

You can make any necessary changes until March 4th, 2025. After this date, all changes are subject to a $75 change fee, all reductions are non-refundable, and name changes will incur a $250 fee, if approved by the resort. Late payments may be charged a $25 penalty for every 10 business days overdue. The hotel reserves the right to cancel any bookings not paid for according to the due dates outlined above.
