Please review all travel documents upon receipt and notify us immediately of any discrepancies. It is the traveler’s responsibility to confirm the accuracy of names, travel dates, and services listed.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Travel insurance is strongly recommended and is available for purchase. Please note: once purchased, travel insurance is non-refundable. Travel protection helps safeguard your investment against unexpected cancellations, delays, and other interruptions.

TRAVELER RESPONSIBILITIES

It is the traveler’s responsibility to:

• Possess valid and appropriate identification and travel documents (passport, visa, etc.).

• Review and understand the cancellation and change policies of airlines, resorts, tour operators, or cruise lines.

• Stay informed of any State Department travel advisories and health-related guidance for your destination.

• Take appropriate health precautions prior to and during travel.

PAYMENT TERMS & CARD AUTHORIZATION

• I understand that this card will be stored on file and automatically charged on each balance due date, as outlined, unless I contact Our Destination Weddings in writing at least 7 days prior to the applicable date.

• Changes made after the first payment due date (or final due date if there’s only one) may incur a $75 change fee per modification.

• Name change requests are considered cancellations and are subject to the cancellation policy.

• Late payments are subject to a $25 fee for every 5 business days past due.

• Charges on your credit card may appear under various supplier names, such as Classic Vacations, Travel Impressions, Funjet, Vacation Express or Our Destination Weddings. If you do not recognize a charge, please contact us before disputing it. Unauthorized chargebacks will incur a $25 processing fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Your reservation is part of a traditional group room block. All cancellations or room night reductions must be received in writing at least 7 days prior to the specified cancellation deadline in your travel documents to be eligible for a refund.

• Any changes made after this deadline, including room reductions, will be treated as cancellations and are non-refundable , reductions and downgrades may be deemed as cancellations and are non-refundable.

• If your cancellation falls outside the group’s policies, the supplier’s individual cancellation policy will apply.

• In such cases, cancellations may incur a $250 per person non-refundable cancellation fee, in addition to any supplier-imposed penalties.

In the unlikely event your trip is canceled due to factors beyond your control (e.g., natural disaster or force majeure), OUR DESTINATION WEDDINGS will assist with available options provided by the supplier. However, we are not liable for unrecoverable funds and any refund will not exceed the amount received by OUR DESTINATION WEDDINGS, minus a $250 per booking service fee.

REFUNDS

If eligible, refunds from hotels, airlines, tour operators, or other travel providers will be issued only after OUR DESTINATION WEDDINGS has received the funds from those suppliers. Processing times may vary and can take a minimum of 5–7 business days, though delays may occur based on the supplier’s timeline.

PRICING & PROMOTIONS

Once payment has been applied, OUR DESTINATION WEDDINGS is not responsible for tracking or applying future discounts, promotions, or price drops offered by travel suppliers. Any price changes are subject to the supplier’s terms.

DISCLOSURE & LIABILITY

OUR DESTINATION WEDDINGS acts as an agent for various travel suppliers (including but not limited to hotels, airlines, cruise lines, and tour operators) and does not own or operate any of these entities. Therefore, we are not liable for:

• Supplier errors, service failures, or breaches of contract.

• Cancellations or changes to itineraries due to mechanical issues, labor disputes, pandemics, natural disasters, political unrest, or other circumstances beyond our control.

• Personal injury, loss, damage, or delay of property due to actions or negligence of any third party.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, OUR DESTINATION WEDDINGS does not guarantee any rates, reservations, schedules, or baggage handling.

TRAVELER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By booking travel with OUR DESTINATION WEDDINGS:

• You acknowledge and accept all associated risks with international or domestic travel.

• You are responsible for verifying passport, visa, vaccination, and entry requirements for all destinations.

• You understand that post-purchase price increases may occur due to fuel surcharges, government-imposed fees, or currency fluctuations. You authorize OUR DESTINATION WEDDINGS to charge your card for any such increases if imposed by the supplier.
