To RSVP for Ebony & Thomas’s Wedding Group and attend all group events, please book using the secured group rates by September 30, 2024. A $100 refundable deposit per room is required. You will receive an invoice confirming your reservation and group status.

Payment Terms:

$100 deposit refundable if canceled by email within 7 days before June 30th, 2024.
50% of balance is due on November 1st, 2024.
The final balance due on March 1, 2025 will be automatically charged to the card on file. To update your card on file, please use the UPDATE CARD ON FILE button below.

Payment Options:

One-time payment: manually apply a payment towards your reservation at any time.
Request Autopay: Set up automatic payments to pay the balance off at your leisure.

Changes Policy:

You can make any changes to your reservation up until March 1st, 2025. After this date:

Changes may incur a $75 fee.
Reductions in booking size are non-refundable.
Name changes require approval from the resort and may incur a $250 fee.
Late payments may be charged a $25 penalty for every 10 business days overdue.
The hotel reserves the right to cancel bookings not paid by the outlined due dates.
