Policies

To ensure you are a part of Elizabeth & Esteban’s Wedding Group and attend all group events, book with our secured group rates. Third-party or direct bookings won't be included in the wedding group.

Rates are valid for a minimum of 3 nights. Inventory subject to availability and will be confirmed via email.

Roundtrip airport transfers will be provided for your convenience.

Terms & Conditions

$200 deposit per room due upon booking non refundable after December 12th, 2025.

Final balance due January 13th, 2026.

Cancellations: All payments are refundable with a written cancellation request prior to December 12th, 2026.

Changes: Fee free changes until January 13th, 2026.
