Policies

To ensure you are part of Katrina & Henrys’s Wedding Group and attend all group events, you must book within the room block. Third-party or direct bookings are not part of the wedding group.

Rates are valid for a minimum of 3 nights. Inventory subject to availability and will be confirmed via email.

Roundtrip airport transfers will be provided for your convenience.

Terms & Conditions

$100 deposit due upon booking.

50% per room due August 26, 2024.

Final balance due October 30, 2024.

Cancellations: All payments are refundable with a written cancellation request at least 7 days prior to August 26, 2024.

Changes: Fee free changes until October 30, 2024.
